Since the beginning of his training, Alexandre has been developing his Lean and project management expertise through his high-level training and operational experience in multiple sectors around the world. His main goal is customer satisfaction.
He graduated from ECAM LaSalle, a general engineering school with a specialization in Industry 4.0 and LEAN, and then sought a double competence, technical business at EM Lyon Business School with a Master in Strategy and Digital Transformation.
His varied experiences in SME/ETI and key account, allows him to accompany all types of companies from Gemba to COMOP.
Today, his only goal is to help organizations transform and understand the importance of people in an organization, the goal being to achieve Operational Excellence.
