Fanny has spent over 15 years in Human Resources and team management for international companies (Airbus, Manpower…). After 3 years as manager of a recruitment team within Airbus, she became Director of several temp agencies. As she is very concerned by the “Coaching” aspect in her role as manager, Fanny got a certified diploma in professional Coaching and is now starting as independent coach.
Convinced that the human approach and collective efficiency are essentials solutions, she now enables companies to develop their « human potential ».
Her HR and coaching expertise allow her to provide an effective support based on global understanding of the companies and their stakes.
Her goal: to allow manager and their teams to develop their full potential.
