Laurence has more than 15 years of experience, mainly at Oui.sncf where she was IT director and member of the management committee of its technological division. During those years, she was at the forefront of agile transformation with her teams, by placing innovative management methods based on trust and autonomy in the center. As a coach, she is committed to supporting transformations towards autonomous and responsible organizations, a business model in which she deeply believes.
In practice, she is involved at the level of managers, management committees and the entire organization. On the individual level, she supports managers so that everyone assumes their place and believes in their value. Beyond the individual, she supports management collectives to work as a united team towards more alignment. Finally, she helps to incorporate different levels of the company in order to develop everyone’s commitment and autonomy.
