With 5 years of experience in HRD of large industrial luxury and services groups – including L’oréal and Icade, where Sandrine was responsible for social policies. For 17 years, she has managed consulting work, in particular HR Business Consulting, HRIS and Change Management at Sopra Group.
In order to deepen her approach to support, Sandrine trained in coaching in 2008 and since 2012 has not stopped developing measures aimed at her customers’ cultural and managerial transformation.
Passionate about the operations of people and teams, her approaches integrate systemic, relational and neuroscientific approaches in order to develop individual and collective excellence that contribute to the performance of the company.
In 2017, Sandrine joined the team, in which she is the Relational & Managerial Excellence manager.
