Her leadership, her ability to unite teams, her ability to assess risks and take initiatives have enabled her to bring transformation projects to successful conclusion. Transformations related to the rollout of large-scale IS projects or cultural changes.
Since 2013, Sylvie has supported managers and their teams in their desire for improvement. She has specialized in the development of managerial cultures that make businesses autonomous or even resilient. Managers are the key levers for empowering teams and streamlining interpersonal relationships.
