For 12 years, Matthieu held various operational management positions, at Autoliv in particular. Project manager in the development of new means of production, production manager, logistics manager, ERP project manager. He now practices the basics of continuous improvement on a daily basis with his teams and implements the Just-in-Time, Autoquality and TPM methodologies (winning the PM Prize awarded by JIPM in 2003). Passionate about Kaizen, he trained in Japan (JUSE) and was certified Total Quality Management (TQM) in 2008.

For nearly 14 years, he has supported small and medium companies and large groups in their progress approach: transformation of the Supply Chain, development of the management system towards a participatory mode and in support of operational staff, support for change, management of comprehensive approaches to continuous improvement. After 25 years of experimenting with Kaizen, he remains passionate about the adventures he experiences with our customers with their operational teams and their managers.
