Romain is developing his expertise in strategy, project management, and Lean through his Grande Ecole training and professional experiences in various sectors and international contexts.
He graduated from ECAM LaSalle, a generalist engineering school with a specialization in Industry 4.0 and Lean. Strongly attracted to strategy and international business, he developed dual technical-business competencies by joining the Master in Strategy and Management of International Business at ESSEC Business School.
His varied experiences, both in multinational corporations and SMEs/ETIs, make him a consultant capable of supporting any type of company in their operational and digital transformations.
